If you are enrolled in our Bar Exam
Essay Trainer™ course and follow our study plan and you do
not pass the bar exam the first time, we will refund your Bar Exam
Essay Trainer portion of tuition or give you a free retake! Students
enrolled in Study Group the Multistate Bar Exam course and/or a
State Essay Course without the Essay Trainer may retake the course(s)
in which he or she was enrolled - for the next exam only - for only $450. Details
are spelled out below.
How We Do It
We put together the best home-study program in the bar review business, and we back it up with personal assistance that is second to none. Our study-at-home system consists of study outlines and lectures on audio CD, coordinated with practice exams, review questions, and essays for personal critiques at the right places in the program. And you are never further away than a phone call or e-mail to a Study Group Director for any questions you may have.
What You Have to Do
All you have to do is follow the program. You will get our Day by Day Syllabus and Study Guide to walk you logically through our outlines, lectures, practice tests, and essay assignments. If you follow our plan, and don’t pass, we stand behind you!
Students enrolled in the Bar Exam Essay Trainer course may receive a refund of the Bar Exam Essay Trainer tuition portion of the tuition or a free retake of the course in which they were enrolled, if student does not achieve a passing score on the essay portion of the bar exam and fulfills the following requirements:
1. Student must have timely completed all of the Essay Trainer assignments listed in the Syllabus, including submission for personalized critique all essays assigned;
2. In the event student does not pass the bar exam, student must take the following steps within 7 days after receiving the notice from the Bar Examiners:
a) Submit an affidavit to The Study Group to the effect that Student in good faith completed all the assignments;
b) Return all Essay Trainer audio CD's and books and other written material provided as a part of the course to The Study Group.
c) Provide The Study Group with copies of the essay critiques of the student's essays given by the Study Group.
d) Provide The Study Group a copy of the letter or notice from the bar examiners indicating student's non-passing performance on the bar exam.
Students enrolled in Study Group the Multistate Bar Exam course
and/or a State Essay Course without the Essay Trainer may retake
the course(s) in which he or she was enrolled -for the next exam
only - for $450, provided student fulfills the following requirements:
1. Student must have timely completed all of the assignments listed in the Syllabus, including submission for personalized critique all essays assigned;
2. In the event student does not pass the bar exam, within 7 days after receiving the notice from the Bar Examiners, student must submit an affidavit to The Study Group to the effect that Student in good faith completed all the assignments in the Syllabus.
3. Student must provide The Study Group a copy of the letter or notice from the bar examiners indicating student's non-passing performance on the bar exam.
Students retaking the course under this program are entitled to receive a new syllabus, written and audio updates as needed, and Study Group phone and email assistance.
